How to Order from Amazon to Iraq

Amazon Turkey, USA or UK: which store to order from

Kreenex has a warehouse and a free address for three Amazon stores. If what you want is on amazon.com.tr, order it there — it's the shortest wait. If it's only on the US or UK store, order it there and we fly it to you. The three routes, shortest first:

• amazon.com.tr — delivered to our Istanbul warehouse, processed within 24 hours and carried to Iraq by ground in 4–6 days. The fastest of our three Amazon routes, and since nothing flies, perfume and aerosols are fine.
• amazon.com — delivered to your free US address in Nashville or Bear, processed within 48–72 hours and flown to Iraq in 20–25 days.
• amazon.co.uk — delivered to your free London address, processed within 48–72 hours and sent to Iraq by air freight in 25–35 days.

On amazon.com.tr, check “Gönderildiği yer”

Amazon opened its Turkish store, amazon.com.tr, on 19 September 2018. It sells Amazon's own stock alongside products from third-party sellers, and it delivers within Türkiye only — which is exactly where your free Kreenex address in Istanbul is.

Every listing shows “Gönderildiği yer”, which means “ships from”. Choose items that ship from inside Türkiye. An item sent from abroad can take 3–30 days just to reach Turkey, before the 4–6 days to Iraq even begin.

The site is in Turkish, but you don't have to read it: send us the product link in the Kreenex app and we place the order for you.

Buy For Me or Ship Only on Amazon

With Buy For Me you don't need an Amazon account, a foreign card or a foreign phone number. Paste the Amazon links into the Kreenex app — from any of the three stores — and we buy the items for you. You see your exact rate in the app before you confirm, and you pay cash on delivery.

With Ship Only you shop yourself and enter your free Kreenex address at checkout — Istanbul, Nashville or Bear, or London. We receive your parcels, combine what reaches the same warehouse into one shipment, and handle the customs documentation, duties and clearance.

What you can order from each Amazon store

The rules depend on how your order travels. From Istanbul it goes by ground, so the air-freight limits on perfume, aerosols and loose batteries don't apply — order perfume, hairspray or nail polish from amazon.com.tr. Orders from amazon.com and amazon.co.uk fly, so two extra rules apply to them:

• Perfume, aerosols and flammable liquids are restricted on air freight — nail polish, hairspray and solvents count too. Ask us before ordering them from the USA or the UK.
• Power banks and loose lithium batteries: a battery built into a device is usually fine; a loose one is not — ask us first.
• From any store, medicines and supplements need checking: send us the product first — some need a prescription or clearance. Fresh and frozen food can't ship; sealed dry food is usually fine.
• No warehouse can carry weapons, ammunition and knives; explosives, fireworks and lighters; drugs including CBD; alcohol, tobacco and vapes; cash, gold and jewellery; counterfeit brands; or live animals, plants and seeds.
