Use these instructions to request deletion of your Kreenex account and associated personal information, including eligible Meta and WhatsApp attribution data.

Email [email protected] with the subject “Data Deletion Request.” Send the request from the email address registered to your Kreenex account whenever possible.
To prevent fraudulent deletion, Kreenex may ask you to verify control of your registered email address or phone number. We request only the information reasonably necessary to confirm that the requester is the account owner or an authorized representative.
After verification, we delete or anonymize personal information that Kreenex is not required to retain.
Some records may be retained when reasonably necessary for legal, tax, customs, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute, security, or regulatory obligations. Retained information is restricted to those purposes and removed or anonymized when the applicable obligation ends.
Deleting Kreenex data does not automatically delete information held independently by Meta, WhatsApp, a payment provider, carrier, or another third party. You must use that provider’s privacy controls for its separate records.
We aim to acknowledge a complete request within 7 business days and complete eligible deletion within 30 days. Complex requests or legal retention requirements may take longer; if so, we will explain the reason where permitted.
When processing is complete, we will send confirmation to the verified contact address. Account deletion may be permanent and can remove access to order history, saved addresses, rewards, and other account features.
Send deletion requests and questions to our Data Privacy team. Do not include passwords or verification codes.
