These terms explain the rules that apply when you use Kreenex websites, applications, shipping, fulfillment, purchasing, and support services.

Agreement and Eligibility

By creating an account, placing an order, or using a Kreenex service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Kreenex for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that business.

You must provide accurate information, be legally able to enter into a contract, and comply with applicable laws.

Accounts and Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and verification codes confidential and for activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

  • Do not create accounts using false or misleading information.
  • Do not share one-time passwords or attempt to access another customer’s account.
  • Kreenex may require identity, phone, payment, or order verification to protect customers and prevent fraud.

Orders, Shipping, and Fulfillment

Service availability, delivery estimates, warehouse processing times, and tracking updates are estimates unless Kreenex expressly confirms otherwise in writing. International shipments may be delayed by carriers, customs, inspections, weather, or events outside our reasonable control.

  • You must provide complete and accurate item, recipient, address, customs, and contact information.
  • You are responsible for duties, taxes, customs charges, storage charges, and other disclosed costs unless an order states otherwise.
  • Risk, title, claims, returns, prohibited goods, and compensation may also be governed by the applicable carrier or service-specific rules.

Prices, Payments, and Refunds

Prices, exchange rates, fees, and available payment methods are shown during the relevant order or transaction flow. You authorize Kreenex and its payment providers to process the amounts you approve.

Refund eligibility depends on the service, order status, carrier rules, payment method, and applicable law. Non-refundable third-party, customs, or completed-service costs may be deducted where permitted.

Acceptable Use and Restricted Goods

You may not use Kreenex for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity.

  • Do not ship prohibited, dangerous, counterfeit, stolen, sanctioned, or improperly declared goods.
  • Do not interfere with the platform, bypass security controls, scrape protected data, or misuse accounts, promotions, APIs, or support channels.
  • Kreenex may refuse, hold, return, report, or dispose of goods when required by law, safety rules, customs, or carrier policies.

Communications and Third-Party Services

We may send operational messages about accounts, orders, payments, security, and delivery by app notification, email, SMS, WhatsApp, Messenger, or other channels you use with us. Marketing communications are subject to your preferences and applicable law.

Some features rely on carriers, payment processors, marketplace services, Meta, WhatsApp, and other third parties. Their services and terms may apply independently, and Kreenex is not responsible for outages or decisions outside its reasonable control.

Intellectual Property, Liability, and Changes

Kreenex and its licensors retain rights in the platform, branding, software, and content. You receive a limited, revocable right to use the services for their intended purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Kreenex is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. We may update these Terms and will publish the effective date; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Iraq. Courts with lawful jurisdiction in Erbil, Iraq will hear disputes unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
