What you cannot send with us
The same list our team works from. A parcel that breaks these rules is refused, returned or destroyed — and that cost falls on the sender, so it is worth thirty seconds before you pay.
We cannot ship these
There is no exception and no fee that changes it.
Weapons, ammunition and parts
Including replicas, airsoft and knives.
Explosives, fireworks and flammable gas
Including lighters, gas canisters and flares.
Drugs and narcotics
Including CBD and cannabis products of any strength.
Alcohol, tobacco and vapes
Including e-liquids and heated-tobacco sticks.
Cash, gold and jewellery
We cannot insure these, so we cannot carry them.
Counterfeit and copied brands
Customs seize these and the parcel is lost.
Live animals, plants and seeds
Ask us first
Usually fine, sometimes not — send us the product link or a photo and we will confirm before you buy.
Medicines and supplements
Send us the product first — some need a prescription or clearance.
Fresh and frozen food
Sealed dry food is usually fine; anything perishable is not.
Power banks and loose lithium batteries
A battery built into a device is usually fine. A loose one is not — ask us first.
air
Perfume, aerosols and flammable liquids
Nail polish, hairspray and solvents count too.
air
This list covers what we are asked about most; it is not the whole of Iraqi customs law, and rules do change. If your item is not here and you are unsure, ask us — an answer before you pay costs nothing, and a refused parcel costs the whole shipment.
