Once you sign up, we give you the shipping address for your nearest warehouse. Send your stock directly there. We'll receive it, count items, run a quality check, assign SKUs, and have it ready to fulfill within 1 business day of arrival.

Delivery times depend on the route. Within Iraq: same-day or next-day in Baghdad and Erbil, 2–3 days for other cities. From Turkey or UAE to Iraq: 2–4 days. From China: 5–10 days. Express options are available on all routes.

How does COD collection and payment work?

When a customer pays cash on delivery, our delivery team collects the money. We aggregate your COD collections and transfer the full amount to your bank account every week (Thursday settlements). You can track every COD transaction in your dashboard.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and ZainCash for Iraqi customers. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice.
