All cities & delivery feesWhy order Trendyol through Kreenex
Trendyol is a Turkish online marketplace, founded in Istanbul in 2010 — fashion, shoes, cosmetics, home goods, electronics and groceries from thousands of sellers. With Kreenex you can order from any of them on trendyol.com, the Turkish site, and pay the way most Iraqi shoppers prefer: cash, at your door.
Your Trendyol order is delivered inside Turkey to the Kreenex warehouse in Istanbul. We process it within 24 hours, combine it with anything else you bought in Turkey, and carry it the rest of the way to your door in Iraq — customs documentation, duties and clearance included.
Buy For Me or Ship Only: two ways to order
Buy For Me is the easiest: copy the Trendyol product links into the Kreenex app and we buy the items for you. You don't need a Trendyol account, a Turkish card or a Turkish phone number, you see your exact rate in the app before you confirm, and you pay cash on delivery.
Ship Only is for shoppers who already buy on Trendyol themselves: check out with your free Kreenex address in Istanbul as the delivery address. We receive the parcels, combine them into one shipment and send them to Iraq.
What you can order from Trendyol — and what we can't carry
Turkey orders travel to Iraq by ground, so the air-freight limits on perfume, aerosols and loose batteries do not apply to them — Turkish perfumes, hair care and cosmetics are fine. Sealed dry food such as Turkish coffee and sweets is usually fine too. A few things can't be shipped from any country:
- Weapons, ammunition and knives — including replicas and airsoft
- Explosives, fireworks, lighters and gas canisters
- Drugs and narcotics, including CBD products
- Alcohol, tobacco, vapes and e-liquids
- Cash, gold and jewellery — we cannot insure them
- Counterfeit and copied brands — customs seize them and the parcel is lost
- Live animals, plants and seeds
- Medicines and supplements need checking first: send us the product before you order
Tips for a smooth Trendyol order
- Copy the link after choosing the exact colour and size, so we buy precisely the item you want.
- Sizes depend on the seller — check the size details on the product page before you send us the link.
- One basket can come from several Trendyol sellers. Each one delivers to our Istanbul warehouse and we combine them into a single shipment to Iraq.
- For branded goods, buy from the brand's own store or an authorised seller on Trendyol — copied brands are seized at customs.
