All cities & delivery feesBoyner: a Turkish department store, online
Boyner is a Turkish department-store retailer, part of Boyner Group, established in 1981 and headquartered in Istanbul. Like any department store, it brings many brands together in one place — fashion, shoes, cosmetics and accessories.
That makes a Boyner basket easy to fill: a jacket from one brand, trainers from another and skincare from a third, all in a single order. Kreenex buys it for you on Boyner's Turkish website and ships it from our Istanbul warehouse to Iraq.
Sizes change from brand to brand
Because Boyner sells many brands, there is no single Boyner size. Each brand cuts to its own measurements, so a 38 from one label may not fit like a 38 from another. Check the size information on every product before you send us the link.
- Turkish numeric sizes such as 34–46 usually follow the EU column.
- Women's EU sizes are usually the UK size plus 28 — UK 10 is usually EU 38, UK 12 is usually EU 40.
- US sizes are the UK size minus 4 — US 6 = UK 10, US 8 = UK 12.
- For shoes, go by the size details on that brand's product page.
- Choose colour and size before copying the link, so we buy exactly what you picked.
Cosmetics, perfume and accessories by ground
Orders from our Istanbul warehouse travel to Iraq by ground. The limits on perfume, aerosols, hairspray and nail polish that apply to flights from our US and UK warehouses don't apply here, so cosmetics — fragrance and hair care included — can travel from Istanbul to Iraq.
Accessories need one check: gold and jewellery can't be shipped from any Kreenex warehouse, because we can't insure them. A few other things are ruled out for every country:
- Lighters, gas canisters, fireworks and explosives
- Weapons, ammunition and knives, with replicas and airsoft included
- Alcohol, tobacco, vapes and e-liquids
- Drugs, CBD products among them
- Copied brands, cash, and live animals, plants or seeds
- Supplements and medicines need checking — send us the product first, as some need a prescription or clearance
Buy For Me, Ship Only and combining orders
Buy For Me: paste your Boyner links into the Kreenex app, check your exact rate, and we place the order — no Turkish card, address or phone number required. Ship Only: buy on Boyner yourself and enter your free Kreenex address in Istanbul at checkout.
Either way, your Boyner parcel can share a shipment with orders from Koton, Trendyol, Hepsiburada or any other Turkish store. We process everything at the Istanbul warehouse within 24 hours, consolidate it, and handle customs documentation, duties and clearance on the way to Iraq.
Frequently asked questions
How long does a Boyner order take to reach Iraq?
We process it at our Istanbul warehouse within 24 hours, then it travels to Iraq by ground in 4–6 days. Delivery in Iraq is same-day or next-day in Baghdad and Erbil and 2–3 days in other cities.
Can I order from Boyner without a Turkish address or card?
Yes. With Buy For Me, Kreenex buys from Boyner on your behalf — you don't need a Turkish card, address or phone number. Or check out yourself using your free Kreenex address in Istanbul.
Does Kreenex offer cash on delivery for Boyner orders?

What does shipping a Boyner order to Iraq cost?
That depends on the weight of what you order. See your exact rate in the Kreenex app before you order.
Can I combine Boyner with orders from other Turkish stores?
Yes. Boyner, Koton, Trendyol, Hepsiburada and other Turkish orders all go to our Istanbul warehouse, where we consolidate them into one shipment to Iraq.
Can I order perfume and make-up from Boyner?
Yes. Turkey orders go to Iraq by ground, so the air-freight limits on perfume, aerosols and nail polish don't apply. Medicines and supplements still need checking first.
How do I pick the right size on Boyner?
Sizes depend on the brand, so check the size details on each product. Turkish numeric sizes usually follow the EU column — a women's EU 38 is usually a UK 10 or a US 6.
Can I order jewellery from Boyner to Iraq?
No. Gold and jewellery are on our prohibited list for every warehouse, because we can't insure them. Other accessories can travel with your order as long as they aren't on that list.
