All cities & delivery feesAbout n11 and where Kreenex fits in
Founded in 2013, n11 is a Turkish online marketplace where third-party sellers list electronics, fashion, home goods and cosmetics. You browse one site, but the products come from many independent shops.
Kreenex gives you an address inside Turkey — our warehouse in Istanbul. Either send us the n11 links and we do the buying, or buy on n11.com yourself and enter your free Kreenex address at checkout. From Istanbul the order continues to Iraq with Kreenex, and customs documentation, duties and clearance are handled for you.
Mix n11, Trendyol and Hepsiburada in one shipment
You don't have to buy everything on one site. Found the phone on n11, the trainers on Trendyol and the kettle on Hepsiburada? Order all three.
They all land at the same Kreenex warehouse in Istanbul, where we process them within 24 hours and consolidate them into a single shipment to Iraq. You follow it in the Kreenex app and pay cash on delivery when it reaches you.
Picking the right n11 seller
On a marketplace, the seller matters as much as the product. A few checks before you copy the link:
- For branded electronics, cosmetics and fashion, choose the brand's own store or an authorised seller — customs seize copied brands and the parcel is lost.
- Select the exact variant on the product page — model, colour, size or capacity — and only then copy the link.
- Read the size or specification details each seller gives; they can differ from one seller to the next.
- Buying from several sellers is no problem: each sends its own parcel to Istanbul and we join them up.
What can travel from n11 to Iraq
Turkey orders go to Iraq by ground, so the rules we apply to flights from our US and UK warehouses — perfume, aerosols, loose batteries — don't apply here. Some goods still can't ship from anywhere, and a few need a word with us first:
- Fine by ground: cosmetics and perfume; devices with a built-in battery are usually fine too
- Ask us first: medicines and supplements, as some need a prescription or clearance — and fresh or frozen food, though sealed dry food is usually fine
- Never: weapons, ammunition and knives, including replicas and airsoft
- Never: explosives, fireworks, lighters and gas canisters
- Never: drugs including CBD, alcohol, tobacco, vapes and e-liquids
- Never: cash, gold and jewellery, copied brands, and live animals, plants or seeds
Frequently asked questions
How long does delivery from n11 to Iraq take?
When your order reaches our Istanbul warehouse, it is processed within 24 hours and travels to Iraq by ground in 4–6 days. Final delivery is same-day or next-day in Baghdad and Erbil and 2–3 days elsewhere.
Can I shop on n11 from Iraq without a Turkish card or address?
Yes. Send us the links and Kreenex buys the items for you with Buy For Me, so you need no Turkish card, address or phone number. If you buy on n11 yourself, use your free Kreenex address in Istanbul.
Do you offer cash on delivery for n11 orders?
Yes — you pay cash when the order is delivered, wherever you are in Iraq.
What does it cost to ship an n11 order to Iraq?
Your rate depends on the order's weight. Add the links in the Kreenex app and you see your exact rate before you order.
Can I combine n11 with Trendyol or Hepsiburada orders?
Yes. Orders from n11, Trendyol, Hepsiburada and other Turkish stores all arrive at our Istanbul warehouse, and we consolidate them into one shipment to Iraq.
How do I avoid fake products on n11?
Buy branded items from the brand's own store or an authorised seller. Copied brands are seized by customs and the parcel is lost, which is why they're on our prohibited list.
Can I order electronics from n11 to Iraq?
Usually, yes. Turkey orders go by ground, so the air-freight limits on loose batteries don't apply, and a device with a built-in battery is usually fine. Vapes and e-liquids are the exception — they can't be shipped.
