DeFacto is a Turkish clothing retailer, founded in 2003 and headquartered in Istanbul, with clothing for women, men and kids.
DeFacto also has stores in Iraq; Kreenex is for ordering from its Turkish website — on its own, or in the same shipment as your Trendyol, LC Waikiki or Koton orders.
How Buy For Me works for DeFacto
You don't place the order on the Turkish site yourself — we do. Send us the product link, or the product name and code, with the colour and size you want, and Kreenex buys it on DeFacto's Turkish website.
There's no Turkish card, address or phone number to arrange. You see your exact rate in the Kreenex app before you confirm, the item is delivered to our Istanbul warehouse, and we process it within 24 hours.
Dress the whole family in one shipment
With women's, men's and kids' clothing on one site, a single DeFacto order can cover the whole family. And it doesn't have to travel alone: anything else you buy in Turkey — from Trendyol, LC Waikiki, Koton, Hepsiburada or any other store — joins it at our Istanbul warehouse, and we consolidate everything into one shipment to Iraq.
If you also shop some Turkish stores yourself, check out with your free Kreenex address in Istanbul and those parcels join the same shipment. Kreenex handles customs documentation, duties and clearance, and you track it all in the Kreenex app.
Before you send us a DeFacto link
A short checklist, so we buy exactly what you want:
- Open the size chart on the product page and compare it with your measurements — for every item, and for each person you're buying for.
- Note the colour and size with the link, or with the product name and code.
- Clothing isn't on any of our restricted lists, and Turkey orders go by ground, so the air-freight limits on perfume and aerosols don't apply either.
- Some things can't ship from any Kreenex warehouse: gold, jewellery and cash, copied brands, alcohol, tobacco and vapes, drugs including CBD, weapons and knives, explosives, lighters and gas canisters, and live animals, plants or seeds.
