All cities & delivery feesMarks & Spencer: clothing, beauty, home — and food
Marks & Spencer is a British retailer founded in Leeds in 1884. It sells clothing and lingerie, beauty, homeware and food. Iraq isn't on M&S's international delivery list, so Kreenex receives your order at one of our warehouses and brings it the rest of the way to your door.
There are two M&S sites Kreenex can buy from: the Turkish one, handled by our Istanbul warehouse, and the UK one, handled by our London warehouse. Customs documentation, duties and clearance are handled by Kreenex on both routes, and each parcel is tracked in the Kreenex app.
M&S Turkey or M&S UK: 4–6 days or 25–35 days
The Turkish M&S site means a much shorter wait. Istanbul is the fastest of our warehouses: orders are processed within 24 hours and go to Iraq by ground in 4–6 days. The UK site goes through London — processed within 48–72 hours, then 25–35 days by air freight.
So look on M&S Turkey first, and use M&S UK for anything you can only find on the UK site. There's a second difference: orders from Turkey don't fly, so the air-freight limits on perfume and aerosols don't apply to them. From the UK they do — ask us before you order fragrance, body sprays, hairspray or nail polish there.
- M&S Turkey → Istanbul, processed within 24 hours → Iraq by ground in 4–6 days
- M&S UK → London, processed within 48–72 hours → Iraq by air freight in 25–35 days
- Parcels at the same warehouse are combined into one shipment to Iraq
Can you order M&S food to Iraq?
Partly. Fresh and frozen food can't be shipped from either warehouse. Sealed dry food — packaged biscuits, tea or sweets, for example — is usually fine. If you're unsure about a product, send us the link before you order and we'll check it.
- Fresh and frozen food — can't be shipped
- Sealed dry food such as biscuits, tea and sweets — usually fine
- Alcohol — on our prohibited list from every warehouse
- Vitamins and supplements — send us the product first
Sizes and ordering tips for M&S
With Buy For Me you paste M&S links into the Kreenex app and we buy the items — no Turkish or UK card, address or phone number needed, and your exact rate is shown in the app before you order. With Ship Only you check out on M&S yourself with your free Kreenex address: Istanbul for the Turkish site, London for the UK site.
- Choose the size on the product page, then copy the link — we buy exactly the size the link shows.
- For women's clothing, the EU size is usually the UK size plus 28 (UK 12 ≈ EU 40), but check the size details on each product.
- For lingerie, pick both band and cup size before you copy the link.
- Clothes and sealed dry food can go in the same order — they are combined at the warehouse.
Frequently asked questions
How long does a Marks & Spencer order take to reach Iraq?
From M&S Turkey, 4–6 days by ground after up to 24 hours of processing in Istanbul. From M&S UK, 25–35 days by air freight after 48–72 hours of processing in London. Delivery inside Iraq is then same-day or next-day in Baghdad and Erbil, and 2–3 days elsewhere.
Is it better to order from M&S Turkey or M&S UK?
If the item is on the Turkish site, order it there — 4–6 days by ground, the fastest of our routes. Use M&S UK for anything only the UK site has, and allow 25–35 days.
Can I order M&S food to Iraq?
Sealed dry food is usually fine — packaged biscuits, tea or sweets, for example. Fresh and frozen food can't be shipped.
Can I order M&S perfume or beauty products?
Orders from Turkey travel by ground, so the air-freight limits on perfume and aerosols don't apply to them. Orders from M&S UK fly, so ask us first about perfume, aerosols, nail polish or hairspray.
Do I need a UK or Turkish card to order from Marks & Spencer?
No. Kreenex buys your M&S items for you through Buy For Me — no foreign card, address or phone number. If you shop yourself, use your free Kreenex address in Istanbul or London.
Can I pay cash on delivery for an M&S order?
Yes — pay cash at your door when your Marks & Spencer order arrives, wherever you are in Iraq.
How much does it cost to ship an M&S order to Iraq?
It depends on the weight of the order. Your exact rate is shown in the Kreenex app before you order.
Can I combine several M&S orders into one shipment?
Yes. Orders arriving at the same warehouse are consolidated — M&S Turkey orders in Istanbul, M&S UK orders in London — and each warehouse sends them to Iraq as one shipment.
