iHerb through Kreenex
iHerb was founded in the USA in 1996 and sells vitamins, supplements, natural beauty, sports nutrition and grocery products. Its shipping information covers most countries, but not Iraq.
Kreenex fills that gap. Your iHerb order is delivered to your free Kreenex address in Nashville or Bear, processed within 48–72 hours and flown to Iraq in 20–25 days. Customs documentation, duties and clearance are handled by Kreenex, and you can follow the parcel in the Kreenex app until it's at your door.
Vitamins and supplements: check with us first
We'd rather be honest up front: iHerb's core range — vitamins, supplements and sports nutrition — is on our check-first list. Some of these products need a prescription or clearance, and we would rather tell you before you pay than after.
So before you order, send us the product link in the Kreenex app. We check it and tell you whether it can ship, so you never buy something we can't deliver. It takes one message, and it's worth doing for every supplement in your basket.
What ships easily from iHerb — and what needs checking
Here's how our rules apply to iHerb's main categories. US orders travel to Iraq by air, so the air-freight limits apply as well:
- Usually easy: skincare, make-up and haircare that isn't perfume, an aerosol or a flammable liquid, and sealed dry grocery products.
- Check first: vitamins, supplements, sports nutrition and anything medicinal — send us the product before you order.
- Ask first, restricted on air freight: perfume, aerosol sprays and flammable liquids — nail polish, hairspray and solvents count too.
- Can't ship: CBD products, fresh or frozen food, and everything on our prohibited list — including alcohol, tobacco and vapes.
Buy For Me or Ship Only for iHerb
Buy For Me is the simplest route: paste the iHerb product links into the Kreenex app and we purchase them for you. You don't need an iHerb account, a US card or a US phone number, you see your exact rate in the app before you order, and you pay cash on delivery.
Ship Only suits shoppers who already buy on iHerb: enter your free Kreenex address in Nashville or Bear at checkout. Once your iHerb parcel reaches the warehouse, we can consolidate it with orders from other US stores into a single shipment to Iraq.
