Macy's, from New York to your door
Macy's is an American department store founded in 1858 in Manhattan, New York — its flagship is the Herald Square store. On macys.com you'll find fashion, beauty and home.
On 17 December 2025 Macy's paused international shipping, and its orders need both a US delivery address and a US billing address. Kreenex covers both: we buy the item for you in the USA and ship it to Iraq from our warehouse in Nashville or Bear — processed within 48–72 hours, then 20–25 days by air, with customs documentation, duties and clearance handled by Kreenex.
Why Buy For Me is the way to order Macy's
A card issued in Iraq doesn't have a US billing address, so paying Macy's yourself usually isn't an option. Buy For Me removes that step: paste the Macy's links into the Kreenex app, see your exact rate before you confirm, and we make the purchase. You need no Macy's account, no US card and no US phone number.
Ship Only — checking out yourself with your free Kreenex address — works only if you already have a card with a US billing address. Either way, your Macy's parcels can be combined at the warehouse with orders from other US stores into one shipment to Iraq.
Macy's sizes: check the US size chart
Macy's lists clothing in US sizes, which run differently from the EU sizes you'll see on Turkish stores. For women's clothing, a US size is the UK size minus 4: US 6 = UK 10 = EU 38, and US 8 = UK 12 = EU 40.
So if you wear an EU 38, start with a US 6 — then confirm it against the size chart on the product page, because cuts differ from brand to brand. Choose the size and colour before you copy the link, so we order exactly the item you picked.
Beauty, jewellery and home: what can ship
Macy's orders fly from the USA, and a department store mixes items that travel easily with a few that can't travel at all. Here's how it breaks down:
- Clothing, shoes, bags and home textiles: no special rules — your rate depends on weight.
- Make-up and skincare: usually fine, unless the product is an aerosol or a flammable liquid.
- Perfume, aerosols, nail polish and hairspray: restricted on air freight — ask us before you order.
- Jewellery and gold: can't be shipped, because we can't insure them.
- Anything with a built-in battery is usually fine; power banks and loose lithium batteries — ask us first.
Frequently asked questions
How long does a Macy's order take to arrive in Iraq?
We process your order at our US warehouse within 48–72 hours, then it travels to Iraq by air in 20–25 days. Delivery is same-day or next-day in Baghdad and Erbil and 2–3 days in other cities.
Does Macy's ship internationally?
Not at the moment. Macy's paused international shipping on 17 December 2025, and its orders need a US delivery address and a US billing address. With Kreenex's Buy For Me, we place the order in the USA for you and deliver it to Iraq.
Do I need a US card to buy from Macy's?
Not with Kreenex. With Buy For Me we make the purchase, so you need no US card, US billing address or US phone number — you pay cash on delivery in Iraq.
Can I pay cash on delivery for a Macy's order?
Yes — cash on delivery works for Macy's orders in every Iraqi city. You pay when the parcel is at your door.
How much does it cost to ship a Macy's order to Iraq?
That depends on your order's weight. You'll see your exact rate in the Kreenex app before you order.
Can I order jewellery or perfume from Macy's?
Jewellery, no — we can't ship jewellery or gold, because we can't insure them. Perfume is restricted on air freight, and Macy's orders fly from the USA, so ask us before you order it.
What US size should I order on Macy's?
For women's clothing, take your UK size and subtract 4: UK 10 (EU 38) is a US 6, and UK 12 (EU 40) is a US 8. Check the size chart on the product page too, since brands cut differently.
Can I combine several Macy's orders into one shipment?
Yes. Several Macy's orders — plus anything from other US stores at the same Kreenex address — go to Iraq together as one consolidated shipment.
