• Shipping Details: Delivery addresses, recipient names, and contact information for your shipments.
• Payment Information: Billing details processed securely through our payment partners. We do not store full card numbers.
• Usage Data: How you interact with our platform — pages visited, features used, and device information.
• Communications: Messages and inquiries you send to our support team.
• Meta and WhatsApp attribution data: When you contact Kreenex through a Meta click-to-message ad, we may receive your WhatsApp phone number, the ad or source identifier, and a click identifier (ctwa_clid). Our attribution system does not retain the content of your WhatsApp message.

How We Use Your Information

• Process and fulfill your shipment orders
• Send order confirmations, tracking updates, and delivery notifications
• Process payments and prevent fraudulent transactions
• Provide customer support and respond to inquiries
• Improve our platform, services, and user experience
• Send service-related announcements (you may opt out of marketing emails)
• Measure whether sponsored messages lead to registrations or purchases and improve the relevance, performance, and reporting of our Meta advertising

Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with trusted partners who help us deliver our services:

• Delivery carriers and logistics partners to fulfill shipments
• Payment processors to handle transactions securely
• Cloud infrastructure providers under strict data protection agreements
• Authorities when required by law or to prevent fraud
• Meta Platforms, Inc. for advertising attribution, measurement, reporting, audience management, and optimization. Customer identifiers sent for matching are normalized and cryptographically hashed where Meta requires it.

Meta and WhatsApp Advertising

Kreenex uses Meta Business Tools, including the Conversions API and WhatsApp Business Platform. If a person starts a WhatsApp conversation from one of our ads and later registers or purchases, Kreenex may associate those activities using the phone number and Meta referral identifier. We send only the information needed for measurement and optimization, apply access controls and retention limits, and do not sell this information.

Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) for all data in transit and AES-256 encryption for data at rest. Our systems are regularly audited for security vulnerabilities. While no system is 100% secure, we take every reasonable measure to protect your data.

Your Rights

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Ask us to update inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal obligations.
• Portability: Receive your data in a machine-readable format.
